What material are your t-shirts?

Glad you asked. We use only the finest 100% cotton single jersey.

 

Can I ignore the washing instructions?

Please don’t.

 

Do you do international shipping?

We certainly do. Please check the shipping rates at the checkout before continuing to payment.

 

What currencies do you accept?

All our items are listed in Hong Kong Dollars $HKD, however we accept all currencies via PayPal.

 

Do you accept Visa?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments via Paypal.

 

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

No worries, PayPal will work even without an account. Just make sure you have your card details to hand, and that you follow the instructions as they appear on the screen.

 

How secure is the checkout?

Well if you must know it’s SSL Certified, which according to our host provider is the best kind there is. “SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a global standard security technology that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser to ensure that all data transmitted remains private and secure. Any product marked with the ‘LTD’ flag is limited edition. It’s unlikely that it’ll ever be printed again, once sold out.

Why have I still not received confirmation of my order?

Check your Junk mail. If still nothing, please contact us.

 

Can I get a refund?

We are currently not accepting refunds, but in the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods we’d be more than happy to exchange them for you. Items are only eligible for an exchange if they are returned to us in their original condition (e.g not previously worn or washed), within 10 days of the purchase date. Please be mindful that the cost of returning any goods is entirely your own responsibility.
